1996 TT Nightmare

So i went to go run the codes on my car turns out i have 6 codes

P0141 - Rear HO2S Heater RH Bank

P0161 - HO2S Heater LH Bank

P0443 - EVAP Canister Purge Control Solenoid Valve

P1155 - Wastegate Valve Control Solenoid Valve

P1400 - EGRC Solenoid Valve

P1401 - Temperature Sensor


The last owner pulled out the EGR system and i beleive did the coolant bypass and i just figured out i have aftermarket downpipes coming off the turbos and the cats were taking off and replaced with testpipes so i guess i have a full exhaust,

The bad part is im throwing all these codes for 02 sensors because i guess im missing the 2 that would go into the testpipe i see both of the front bank 02s coming off the turbo manifolds

is there a way to have my car tuned to ignore the EGR and perhaps solve my testpipe no cat problom, car runs great just seems to run a lil rich cause my catback is coverd in black carbon

weld in 2 o2 sensor bungs or i heard somewhere there is a way to wire the o2 sensor plug to trick it into believe the sensor is actively reading exhaust and make the car run good. I have no idea how to do it though or ifi ts even possible

the 96 has 4 O2 sensors? I wasn't aware

clean all of your connectors and retest, corrosion is an issue as these cars are 14-20 years old now

EGR is completely been ripped out thats what that code is on
and Testpipes are on so 2 02 senors are missing on the cats

What is tempature sensor like the thermostat ?

You think if i cleared the codes on a computer they would all come back ?

that code be thrown cause my Blow off valves ?

the temp sensor is the sensor on the hard coolant pipe on the front of the motor with 2 wires

if the 96 had 4 O2 sensors then I guess you'll need to add a couple of new O2 bungs (you can buy these and weld then in yourself or any decetn exhaust shop should be able to do it) or put the cats back in, unless there si a way to wire them into the O2's ont he DP's ?

I thought the O2 sensors went into the downpipes, not the test pipes.

There on both its a 96 model, on the downpipes and the cats 4 02 sensors
