1996 q45 transmission

it does not work on drive, has to be put down on third. I am looking for a replacement but i hear that 1996 is different from all the others. But i have also heard that 1990-1996 is the same? Well anybody know where i can get a new transmission at? well new but used?

Nissan reamnufactured is your best bet. Everything else will come up short sooner.
