I just tried to access the Tech page with the hose diagram for the 1996 Q45 and there is nothing listed, http://www.nicoclub.com/archives/q4-ple ... grams.html.

I don't know if I am having some type of browser issue, but I need to replace the plenum hose just forward, towards the bumper, of the EGR valve. It is a "J" shaped hose, maybe 3 inches long.

The car was not idling and would die occasionally. Running through the steps to diagnose a rough idling car I noticed the hiss and the hose had a 3/4" gash on the underside of the hose elbow. I am surprised that it ran at all. Probably why I was getting the periodic lean bank error codes as well.

Anyway, the FAST hose diagram would be great.

Thanks.

Are you asking about the 1" O.D. hose that comes out from under the throttle body and attaches to the underside of the air tube?

It is this hose. Depending on the hose diagram, it is either 14860NB or 11826+E. As you can see I used silicon tape which is fine for a temporary fix.

Any idea which part number for the hose? Below are the two diagrams that I am referencing courtesy of OwnerCS.

It looks like it's the hose in the 2nd diagram but there's a small chance it could be the hose in the 1st diagram. I'd replace both just so i didn't have to say I bought the wrong hose. :gapteeth:

The hose in the photo is the 11826+E, part number is 11826-60u66
it is still available for about $8 as of March 2019.

The 14860NB hose is p/n 14099-60u60, it is the ~3/4" I.D. hose with the swaged insert to keep the hose from collapsing under vacuum. Unfortunately, this hose is discontinued, suggest saving the 90deg insert to use with bulk replacement hose.
