I've searched and searched in the FSM and I just can't find it anywhere.

I'm trying to reset the ECU. So far, I've removed the plastic kick panel cover, the bolt in the back, one screw near the front bottom, one screw near the front top. I'm tugging in every direction but the ECU still won't budge. Am I missing a screw?

Thanks,James

By RH kick panel, do you mean the passenger side floor board where the carpeted cover is removed???

1996 ecu is OBD2 you use an expensive scan tool to reset and read parameters and codes unlike 90-95 which requires a Consult.
