Car's been in semi-storage lately(driven sparingly). Few days ago the brake light came on(yes I released parking brake), I parked it until today to drive to get some fluid. Brakes went completely out doing so, I checked both reservoirs the passenger side was @ mid range I suctioned most of the old out & added new to fill level. Checked driver's side it was bone dry, so I topped off. Brakes still feel spongy & the light remains on. I didn't hear any screeching,scrubbing/strange noises prior to this.

Do I need to pump/burp/purge the lines or anything, this is my 1st Q, so it's alien to me lol.

Also I tried to search forum but it's not working on this device.

Thanks

sounds like you have a massive leak somewhere.....could be a burst rubber brake line or even a rusted metal one or even a leaking caliper seal or master cylinder.Get the car up on a lift and inspect all brake components for wetness.

Just in case the brake fairies don't make it, I'd still give everything a once-over. The old NAPA "ain't no fun when the car won't run" should have another line about how much it sucks to not be able to stop. (I tried to think of something catchy, but no luck...)
