Alright Ive ooked this up at many different places and am not sure on the correct answer..

STATED: "Nissan discontinued the Turbo model's variable camshaft timing. Horsepower was still rated at 300, though some Z enthusiasts claim there was a slight actual power drop because of the change."

Want to if this was only with the TT's in 96 or did this also effect the N/A?
Most other sites stating the drop of the variable camshaft timing do not say its on the turbo or the n/a, just say the timing was dropped on the year.

Both the VG30DE VG30DETT lost VVT. They also switched over to OBDII diagnostics in '96.
