My car has a problem with hard starting and stalling. When the problem first started it'd happen once in a big while but then increased over time. The problem occurred when I would slow down or stop for a red light or a stop sign and my car would turn off but it would turn back on with the first attempt of me restarting it. But over time the ignition attempts and cranking increased and when I would yield or stop I would have to switch to neutral and rev the engine to keep the engine from dying then kick it back into gear to drive away. Now when I try and start my car it cranks but it barely turns on and when it does turn on it automatically struggles and turns off. And if I try and gas it to keep it on it seems to shut off right away. In response this is what I’ve checked and replaced so far; replaced engine coolant temp sensor (replaced Sept ’13), fuel pump and regulator (just replaced), spark plugs (just replaced), boots and coil packs (replaced Apr ’13), camshaft position sensor (replaced Mar ’13). The PCV, crank position sensor, and starter all checked and seem to work fine. Plus the there’s no lights/ codes showing up on the dash. Also the catalytic converter was replaced in ’11 and is only about 40k miles old but I’ve never checked the O2 sensors, but again they show no codes. I disconnected the MAF sensor and tried turning the the car on to see if that changed anything but nothing happened. What confused me was when I played with the intake air control valve (replaced May ’14) and the ECM it'll start quicker but it still dies. Any help please

P.S. There's a video on youtube that will show the same problem that my car is doing. I'ts called "1993 Nissan Maxima SE - starts with some effort then stumbles and stalls." I hope this all helps. Thanks

Start the car and let it idle
Then unplug the MAF
Did it run better unplugged?
