1996 KA24DE into 1995 Auto Chassis

Ok! So I'll try to explain this as best as I possibly can. Im putting a 1996 KA24DE with a 96 Lower Manual Harness and 1996 Engine Harness into a 1995 OBDI Chassis Forgot to mention it was an auto too.Im noticing that alot of the plugs that are branched off the fuse box do not fit? I was wondering if anyone has done this swap before? I've figured out most the vaccum lines etc. The wiring is whats got me lost cause that is my weakest... Subject I should say. Do I possibly need to swap the lower harness. Id really like to avoid cutting and soldering stuff but if I need to I could do that I've been looking on the fsm's but its just giving me a headache and was wondering if you guys had any input. Brother recently swapped in a 98 ka24de into his 95 ka. He used everything from his 95 ka, certain sensors, intake manifold, harness, ecu, etc etc....you get the idea.
