1996 Inifinti Factory CD Changer Issue

New member here, just came across the Q45.org site,

Looking for an answer to my issue, 1996 factory CD Changer, it had a CD stuck in it when I purchased the car in 1998, had the local Infiniti shop pull out the CD back, never worked very well after that, just had it replaced with another factory CD Changer recently, now got another CD stuck in this changer after a snow related spin out, is there a way I could take out the CD without messing up the CD changer?
