Can anyone confirm that the 1996 Q45 had a different IACV/AAC valve than the 1990-1995 Q45's?

A member named Qship96 said that the 1996 Q part had the adjustment screw sealed off. I am trying to narrow down a tiny but constant misfire. I should have done a cold compression test when I was doing the valve cover reseal on both sides.

probably the same part.Seal was just a cap to cover screw hiding behind it,easily removed! Why not check the official part numbers from nissan to see if they are different/same?

I looked through Nissan FAST and it says that 1990-1996 Q45's all use the same part. There is also no plug on the adjustment screw shown for the 1996 Q. That tells me either a previous owner/Tech put the plug there or Nissan FAST isn't as complete as it should be.

Well early service records show the Infiniti dealer adjusted idle speed at around 7,000 miles to cure a stalling condition,so who knows, maybe they put it in to prevent future tampering? Just a rubber "cork" type plug covering the screw.....has been gone for hundreds of thousands of miles at this point!
