As of right now.. they're my used halogen bulbs, not LEDs.
What I'm curious about is why would the head light relay be in question?
At first both driver/passenger side corners were dim and blinking fast BUT I was not able to get the parking lights on. After checking the passenger side corner socket (1157), I realized that the ground terminal was loose and was actually touching the one of the positive terminals. Which was causing a short and blowing the fuses in both underneath the steering column as well as under the hood.
After I crazy glued the ground terminal into it's proper position (thus not touching the positive terminal) I was able to get the parking lights to work again without the fuses blowing. And it fixed only the driver side corner, making it bright as it's supposed to be and blinking at normal rate.
But I still have the passenger side (both rear/front) blinking fast, and the front corner bulb dim... In other words at the moment only one of the filaments are lighting up AND blinking while the other filament stays off during blinking (the larger filament).
Tomorrow I will replace that bulb and see if that's the problem as the bulbs are old (about 3-4 years old). In all honesty, if it's not the bulbs I have a theory that it's the socket itself that's bad. Which I can assume might be a bit expensive if I end up buying a harness for the passenger side wedge+corner bulbs through Infiniti dealership (or even Nissan, assuming they both use the same harness.)
I personally don't think it has anything to do with the head lamps since the corners are not sharing any sort of power to the head lamps and the passenger corner is acting this way without the head lamps on but also with the head lamps on as well.
I've tested this corner lamp with the parking lights off, with them on, and with the head lamps on (low/hi). So this is specifically within the harness/relay of the wedge/194 and the corner/1157. So either:
A. I have a pinched wire, which is the one that gives power to the blinking filament.
B. The terminal in the socket is bad or not making contact properly, which is not giving power to the blinking filament.
C. The bulb itself is simply old even though the blinking filament looks healthy (not popped/blown).
Thank you for your input though... I will inspect thoroughly tomorrow and see if A. B. C. applies to the issue. I do in fact need new bulbs regardless, I'd like to go LED for the sake of brightness / durability / longevity but before I do I want to make sure that everything is running correctly.
P.S. Honestly, I don't mind the fast blinking, IF both sides were doing it. But my problem is how the passenger side is the only one blinking that fast AND it's dim. I need to make sure that the blinking is visible in sun light.
