The crank pulley seems to be two pulleys in one.. one small one that has a belt that goes to the Power Steering and a larger one that has the belt that turns the generator and AC.

should the large pulley that seems to be attached to the smaller one move at all ?
The larger one slid over the smaller one and I think that's what broke my power steering belt, but the large belt that covers the AC and alternator was broken also .. and I saw that the large pulley was misaligned with the belt tension adjuster and I aligned it again with a bit of force but I'm wondering if I should replace the crank pulley .. They seems to be joined by rubber... shouldn't it be one solid piece?

and another thing what the heck is the water pump connected to?

Please refer to the EM section of the FSM. The crankshaft pulley is shown in several pages, as in EM-22.
