1996 I30T electrical problems

Has anybody out there had problems with turn signal fuse blowing when turning ignition switch on? I have unplugged every turn signal bulb and traced just about every wire to the turn signal switch and also unplugged turn switch on steering column with no luck! It has about drove me crazy. Was also wondering if maybe security system could cause this or ignition switch itself? Any help would be greatly appreciated Thks Dan
