1996 I30 Fuse #17 Keeps Blowing Out

MY ENGINE CONTROL FUSE BLOWS OUT AND CUTS MY ENGINE OFF EVERY TIME I START MY CAR. IT RUNS FOR ABOUT A MINUTE AND THE FUSE BLOWS AGAIN AND THE CAR WONT START UNTIL I PUT A NEW 10AMP FUSE IN #17 ENG CONT. CAN SOME ONE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT THEY THINK THE PROBLEM IS.
