1996 I30 Front ABS sensor

Can anyone tell me how to remove the right front ABS sensor. When I bought my 96 I30 the previous owner said that the wires going to the sensor were damaged during a tire change. The wires are "clipped" approximately 1/4 inch from the sensor, so there isn't enough room to splice them. I removed the bolt holding it on and it still will not come out. I went to the JY and experimented on one of their cars instead of mine. It broke off leaving part of the sensor inside the wheel hub. Can anyone help me?
