1996 G20 Infiniti Ignition Lock Cylinder

My ignition is locked. The key won't turn at all so I can't get it to the ACC position. I was told I would have to replace the entire ignition lock cylinder. The local Infiniti dealers say the part is discontinued. Can anyone suggest where I may find a replacement part other than from a junk yard.
