1996 color codes

I have 1996 that is a dark blue with pearl in the paint. Is this a stock color? I need some touch work done and I need the color code. The inside of the engine compartment is all black and the bottom of the hood is black as well. Before I order paint I just wanted to make sure this was original. If anyone has the paint code and color description it would be appreciated.

Sounds like Mediterranean Blue: BP3 to me... Have to see an image to be 100%...

Oh and dont be alarmed by the Black base coat as many colors (ultra red, med. blue, super black, blue emerald) used it... Ruby pearl, the color of my car, uses a color matched base though

Yup med. blue or BP3 according to my 96 dealers brochure

A very nice color on a nice car Was the color I wanted but settled for a free ruby pearl (burg) s14 with no complaints.... Actually really like the color now though, and have since the first cpl of weeks I got her back in 11-99...
