1996 300z 2x2 changed TPS now sputters plz hlp

have a 1996 300z 2x2 with a dual TPS, got a new one and set it to the 0.46-0.50 volts,but the car would idle down and up.then cleaned the MAF and he intakes it still not there yet but better. also tried the the idle adjustment screw and no luck. Now black smoke comes out of the muffler,plz help dealership wont touch my car cause they don't work on car older than 2002.
