1996 240sx "Good Mechanic Needed in San Diego"

Alright so I've basically come down to needing someone in San Diego who'll fix my KA engine. I've basically been hitting brick walls when trying to figure out what the hell is wrong with it. Problem is no regular automech. will do or wants to touch it cuz I've added a greddy turbo kit to it. Anyone know any place thats trust worthy and will do it!?

Problems:Idling problems (and don't tell me its the IACV!)Power kicks in late = car sputtersloud squealing sound when you rev the engine (sounds like a loose belt but its not I think it might be a bad bearing,waterpump,alternator = no clue?)

Ah hell I just need help! Car looks nice (invested more then 10 grand into it!) just don't wanna run nice, I'd post a pic but whats the use if its running like crap. Anyone who can help me I'd greatly Appreciate it!
