1996 240 rough idle

New to the 240 world. Just bought my son a 1996 240sx. great car good shape. It idles rough in gear. What are some possible problems. Thanks and look forward to chattin. My son has alot of ideas and plans for his car.

Check all the vacuum lines and clean out the idle air control valve.

You don't need to completely disassemble it like in the pictures, but give it a thorough cleaning.
