1996 2+0 fuel issues

1996 automatic 2+0 fuel issues. Car starts runs and drives. But when I press gas pedal sometimes it’s like it’s not getting enough gas and bogs down and usually gets stuck at 2000 rpm’s, then other times it runs fines and when pressing gas pedal rpm’s it'll go past 5000 rpms with no bogging down and no fuel issues. Does anyone have any advice on what I should check or replace? Fuel gauge signal reader does not work I filled gas tank with 93 octane until it wouldn’t take any more gas. I do hear a lot of noises coming from the fuel pump behind drivers seat

if its bogging and fuel pump is making abnormal sounds it could be the pump or the control unit for it, personally I would check the fuel sock as well. Easy checks you can do is making sure MAF sensor is in good working condition with secure connection, check throttle position sensor (located directly on-side throttle body) and confirm it is adjusted to specifications and secured tightly, you can find a video on this here: https://youtu.be/xNb4SPGr1F8?si=QXhWEoKi7m9FuGPU. When the car is running rough does it stutter/cut out or is it weak on power?

When I first cold start car it runs alittle rough and rpm’s are around .400. Then when it’s been on for a while and reaches idle the rpm’s around .800 slightly below the 1000rpm. Car does cut off sometimes when first starting since the rpm’s are so low until it’s warmed up. I just removed the whole fuel pump assembly. I’m thinking it’s eithier the pump or some of the connections are a little corroded and green and causing the pump not get a good fuel sending signal and not getting enough gas
