I checked KBB, Hagery & NADA. The price spread is large. Who is right?

In this case, the price cannot be determined by any of those, this is a rare enough vehicle and in pristine condition can fetch a large sum of money. The more specific you get about what you want the more you have to be willing to pay. I have actually seen clean low mileage 1995 NAs go for well over 25k because the right seller found the right buyer. The real spread on the price is muuuuuch bigger than what KBB NADA, Hagerty, or Black Book will show you. This isn't a 99 corolla. Now I personally wouldn't pay 20+ for a 20 year old Z32 unless I was Scroodge McDuckin it because a decent 99 911 can be had for close to that. Now I'd say that a fair price for a decent 1995 TT in the Texas Gulf Coast region with around 100k miles (120k maintenance not done) would be 7k-11k.

nolimitz32 stated that there was a 120k maintenance needed. 1995, turbo, stick no mods.

If your area is like mine youll find most of the pricing is wayy off base. i see people now trying to sell NA cars with auto trans for $6k, 150k+ miles. One guy has one with a rebuilt motor right now for almost $10k! I dunno what book these guys are looking at. Most of them ive tracked while buying my car, sat listed online for nearly a year, obviosly due to the price. Most of these guys are aware that their prices are off base I believe, so it would be to your advantage to make an aggressive offer. Might not get it right then but when that car gets no love month after month, theyll call back. I ended up getting mine for $3800 and its a strong runner, mildly modded, minimal issues which I have repaired. Car was originally listed at $5k, and took 6 months of negiotiating, but was well worth it. I had to go above and beyond and find the owner a car to replace his Z, buy it and trade it with him. Just my 2 cents, good luck.

120K maintenance includes all your regular maintenance items plus timing kit which by itself will run you around 1k at a reputable shop or dealer. Do a search, its all over the interwebz
