1995 S14 SR20 DET turbo timer

I have a 95 240sx/seI bought a Blitz turbo timer.When I plug the timer into the ignition the car wont start.the timer is getting power and seems to count down and program ok but the car wont start.I'm guessing that being a JDM harness somehow the pins inside the harness are different from my ignition harness.does anyone know how to fix it
