I am having a great deal of difficulty finding tires for my 95 Q. All the websites list the Michelin Exalto A/S, but none of them really have any. I have had several "purchases" cancelled after I go through all the steps of the online transaction.

I have received one suggestion from a knowledgeable source that I should buy 17 inch rims from a G35. I have two questions:

1. Are there any acceptable 15 inch tires our there, either 215/65/15 or 225/60/15?

2. If I buy 17 inch rims, then what tires (that won't break the bank) should I get?

Thanks in advance for any assistance or advice.

slim pickings indeed! After my last set of Exaltos wore out, I was in the same position as you.......threw the dice and put on Sumitomo htr p01 a/s. Initial impressions are they are very similar to the exaltos, whether they last 68,000 miles like the Exaltos did,who knows- but so far so good. Here is a link to tireracks test report on the sumitomos, they actually tested better than the exaltos......http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tests/cha ... p?ttid=129

Consumer Reports also had a very favorable review on them recently.
