shocks cant give lift - they only absorb bumps. You can buy shocks made to work in conjunction with a lift but all that means is their extended length is longer than stock, for flex.... the shocks dont actually give lift though.
for your 95, you can lift the front 2-3" for free by simply cranking the torsion bars up. You simply crank the bolt where the rear of the torsion bar attaches to the anchor in the frame. I believe its a 17mm bolt but i could be wrong. It's been 6 months since i've been under a 95.
To correct the angles, you can get upper control arms for the hardbody nissan from rough country.

I dont know about shock brands but my buddy says the bilsteins are good for the 87-95's
