I still have the factory service manual from my '95 Pathfinder.
The horn works by the horn switch grounding the LG/B (Light Green with Black stripe) wire from the horn relay.
Start by measuring the voltage between the LG/B and ground at the horn relay. If LG/B doesn't look like battery voltage, check the voltage between the LG wireand ground. IF LG looks like battery voltage, you have a horn relay whosecoil has failed open, or maybe just a bad connectoin at the relay. If LG doesn'tlook like battery voltage, you have a failure between there and the battery, likely the horn fuse.
If LG/B at the horn relay looks like battery voltage, I'd ground and see if thehorns go off. If they don't the problem is between the relay and the horns,or the horns. If the horns do go off, the problem is between the relay andthe horn switch: Check the LG/B wire at the horn switch, If LG/B at the hornswitch shows battery voltage, ground it as a quick check, horn should gooff, and your have problem at the horn swich. If LG/B at the horn switchdoesn't fire the horn, you have a problem on that wire between the relayand the horn switch. It's just a wire. no connector except the one at theswitch.
