1995 Nissan 240SX base model with Auto and a hot start problem

Ok, I have been having a problem with this car for a while. I have changed the temperature sensor and just about everything else that I can think of the take care of this problem and it is still happening. I will run the car, come into the house or go into a store come back out in fifteen minutes or evern a half an hour, and the car does not what to start. It cranks and seem to start to fire on one or two cylinders. If you stay with it and keep your foot to the floor it will slowly start to run. when it catches you can then rev the engine and clean it out and then you are good to go. If that does not work, you open the hood for about five minutes, and then I can start it. Not easly but will start. Can seem to figure this one out.

Engine is a KA24DE with 180,000 plus miles on it, the problem is it will seem fine and then leave you hanging.
