1995 Nissan 240 SX SE automatic Trans problem help!!!!!

I have a problem with my 95 automatic, it started to grind all of the sudden. But it shifts though all the gears. It grinds\clunks when I am idling and goes away when it shifts into the rest of the gears. I have just changed the fluid and put a head gasket on then this problem began surfacing. Could it be a solinoid or something?Does anyone have one for sale from a manual swap?Please help.

i dont think should try and fix it just get a swap it would be the best thing to do. and as far as finding the parts get on craigslist and look for people parting out there 240 and offer them something cheap theyll take anything i got EVERYTHING for my swap of some guy that blew his engine so i took all the 5speed stuff for just 150
