1995 maxima hard to start when cold.

can anyone help find out why my maxima has prolonged starting? when the engine is cold, is hard to start. voltage is fine. I haven't checked the fuel pressure yet. I changed the coolant sensor and nothing yet. can sone enumerate the steps I need to conduct in order for me to lift this monkey of my back. by the way I'm an intermediate technician. I will check for fuel pressure, check for ground. someone suggested to check start signal. when can I find that. thanks guys. again, I'm a newbie, thank you for having me in YOUR forum.

I would check the MAF sensor for a good connection and proper voltage.
