Had a weird thing happen tonight and need some electrical input. Was driving home tonight looked down and noticed that both my brake and charge light were glowing. I was at a stop and felt that cold sweat break out that you know something expensive is going on under the hood. As I accellerated away the lights went out but when I stopped again they came back, they weren't glowing bright just sort of fading in and out. Turned the car off and then back on and I could not get them to do the same thing again. Am I looking at possibly a new alternator on the horizon? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Normally a battery light indicator means alternator is not charging properly. Have it tested @ autozone to see if its pulling the proper voltage.
