1995 headlight swap

well on my 95 240sx se the headlights housing are all messed up... cracked and the spring broke and what not. well i need to get some new ones. i was wondering how hard would it be to put the 1997 headlights on there? or should i just get some other aftermarket ones on there? if so from where.

If I remember correctly he fenders on the 95-96 and the 97-98 were different so i think you have to do a whole front end conversion to get those headlights. I hope im wrong though cause I wanted to get some of those 97-98 headlights too.

hehe, that is what i thought. does anyone know where to get some headlights for a 95-96 (besides junk yard)?

You would need to replace the whole front end for 97-98 headlights. It's not a hard task, but with your case....its not worth it. I would just get a replacement headlight.

as mentioned in previous posts. . . yeah, if you wanna convert to the kouki front end then you have to have the lights, grill, bumper, hood, and fenders since the lights are a completely different shape. . .

as for replacing the headlight. . i just had to do that. . . it's actually really easy. . . just like 4 bolts holding the headlamp assembly in. ..
