1995 G20 - Starts/idles/dies

Fellow owners HELP! I have a 1995 G20. She's stock with 138K. Starts fine, idles fine can even drive for a bit the it dies! Will not turn over unless you wait a while. Radio still plays, but it appears not electrical going to engine. She seems to fry alternators too. Replaced a rebuilt alternator about 8K ago. Love the car. Son drives it in Orlando. Any reccos on where to take it in Orlando - near UCF? Any ideas?

Start simple by checking relays, fuses, etc. If it's "frying" alternators (if it's just one time in 14-15yrs and 138k, that's not particularly meaningful), check for a short. Does it just die or does it sputter first?
