My glove compartment door drops. Took it apart and found a loose spring. Nothing looks broken. Does anybody know where the spring fits?????

All glove boxes entually drop, just like that. Search, and you will find a diy fix. Happy repairs!

Oh! After that, it'll be your clock! Then your knock sensor, then your injectors, then your connectors..... You get the picture!

My situation was the plastic housing that secures the spring had worn and broken, leaving the spring to pop out. I studied the situation and fix mine with a heavy rubber band. Now glove box shuts and remains closed. the latch works and locks just fine.
Like stated above, now my starter revs but theres not enough turn at the flywheel.

I'm on jackstands with a working glove box!
