1995 240sx wont start.

I bought a 1995 240sx recently and the day I got it, it ran fine, started every time. Started warm, and started cold. I went to go start it 2 days later and it sounded like it wanted to, but just ended up cranking. The previous owner had IAC troubles, so I took it off and cleaned it, and reinstalled it. Car still wouldn't start. It has gas, plugs get wet. It has spark. But wont fire.
