Car: 1995 Nissan 240sx

I have a 1995 Nissan 240sx and I have heard different answers for the the optimal type of fuel for this car. What do you guys recommend for this make of car. Premium, midgrade or regular? Thanks Nissan enthusiasts

IIRC, there is a sticker inside the filler cap that says Premium only. It will run on lower octane, but it will make less power.
