1995 240sx: start up problem

just recently happened. the start of day i start my car and the rpm goes normally to 1k and drops to 600 usually but instead it goes to 0 and dies, try to start it up again and it does the same thing, drops to 0 and turns off. usually the third and fourth time is when the engine starts up fine, i have no problem starting it up the rest of the day. any help would be appreciated.

also my a/c only works on the setting 4(blows cold and strong) and 1,2,3 blows real real low. any suggestions

For your a/c... sounds like the blower motor relay is bad... that controls the current passing through to the blower motor to control speed...
