1995 240SX SE - Bad alternator or something else?

Okay, so I just replaced the belts and now the alternator is not charging. I first thought it was a battery becuase the car was sitting for most of the winter. Nope. I drove it for about 1-2 hours and noticed that the battery was getting drained.

I then noticed the Battery and Brake lights were on. I was going to replace the alternator, but then realized how crammed it was in there.

I really think it's odd that this started happening right after changing the belts though. Everything is hooked up right. The belts are on correctly and tight.

What could I be missing?

alternator's on its way out. pull the old one out from the bottom and install the new one from the bottom up as well.
