1995 240sx ka24de rpm's bouncing???

some reason it just started this and it runs hard now and when it runs it smells like gas....check out vid and shoot me and ideas or suggestions...

Do you mean fluctuating idle? Think we need more details. Atleast I do.

ok this is whats happening....i start the car then it seems like it tries to die twice then it'll idle semi fine but almost die some times...then i just hold down the gas and the rpm's are just bouncing around 2,200....
