1995 240sx ider pulley reinstall...help.

Okay, so I still have that squeal and decided to start with replacing the Idler Belt Pulley since it was easy and cheap. It didn't make a difference, but I need help clerifying that I installed it right. I included an image of how it's installed right now. I basically need to make sure the washers are in the right direction. Also, the pulley had one side that was more recessed than the other. Any guidence would be appreciated!
