My horn started blowing non-stop while driving. I checked the fuse and the fuse was fine. To stop it, I pulled the relay switch. Believing that the relay switch was the problem, I replaced it and it started to blow uncontrollably again. Please advise.

The switch inside the steering wheel may have gotten stuck or shorted. You might want to take that area apart and check the wires. It's kind of a pita with that rotating switch thing for the turn signals, but it can be figured out. You can test the relay signal line with a voltmeter to see if it's getting power to it. That would help point towards the switch or a short. You could work your way up the wires.

^Yup, I was thinking the switches in the steering wheel itself.
