Does anyone know how to make the headlights clearer and not so foggy because of how old they are? Trying to find some way to avoid buying another pair.

i used brake fluid to take the yellow off first (dont let it touch the paint), then a polishing wheel to finish it off.

There is always the "buy euro glass headlights" solution. But it is an expensive one.

Well I just bought the car so I need to replenish my savings, so expensive is not something I can afford right now. I do plan on eventually doing the 97-98 front end conversion. (maybe I should just deal with it til then) But I was just hoping for a quick resolution to the ugly yellow.

Guys, there have been write-ups on how to clean your lights. Everyone does it slightly differently. Someone posted before and after pics and theres was a guy who would clean them for you (for ~$50), but he wouldnt say his method.

I just bought a headlight, so I will need to do this soon. The only thing worse than the yellow lights is having two different shades of yellow

I have brand new lights on the left, and 10 years old on the right. I have to do that soon

In general any light abrasive polish will work. Just apply it with a soft cloth. I personally used wheel polish.
