My fuel pump fuse kept blowing so I changed the fuel pump. The fuse issue is resolved but now the gas gauge is not working. NOTE: Before changing the fuel pump I noticed that it was not attached to the bracket. I attached the new pump to the bracket. It was working fine before I changed out the pumps which makes me believe that it may not be a bad sending unit and perhaps something that I did or did not do. Please advise.

Pump on bracket is good. You might have just unplugged the wire for the gas level sensors. I'd go back in and check all the hoses and wires while in there, make sure it's all tight, then close it up again and see. Don't huff too much gas while you're working.
