Nice find, I wasn't aware RBforums had such a good pinout of the M63 plug.

has anyone else noticed that the pinout diagram doesn't match the pins that they actually reference in the FSM?

In order for the pins to match, the numbers go all the way across before going down. For example, pin 17 in the diagram is actually supposed to be pin 9. pin 32 in the diagram is supposed to be pin 24. pin 9 in the diagram is supposed to be pin 33. etc. etc.

Maybe the diagrams are looking at the wires instead of looking at the plug? Or maybe vise versa? That wud explain the mix up aswell.

I didn't make either but there may be differences between the Zenki and Kouki m63 pinouts. I'm working on a '95 m63 pinout but it'll be a while.

FWIW that wiring diagram for the M63 plug is correct as far as wire locations. I used it last night.
