1995 240sx Break grinding problems

i have a 95 240sx (4 lug) and for the pass 2 weeks when i run the car i can hear a really bad grinding sound in the front and back. It gets louder when i apply the breaks. I figured it was the pads or rotors but i replaced both with oem nissan pads and rotors and i still have the problem. I know that my wheels are unaligned but can that cause grinding? I really would like to fix this problem myself, also i can take pics of the old rotors so you guys can see if you notice anything. thank you

can i add that ive also looked at the sheet metal around the rotor and hand turned it to see if it was contacting the rotor but it wasnt.
