1995 240sx/base ?Popping noise when shifting?

I just bought the car and when you engage or disengage the clutch, their is a popping coming from the rear. But it also makes a similar noise if you brake hard at a low speed. Any Ideas? And I also have wheel shake at about 60 but clears up after that probably needs alignment. And I think the popping maybe a u-joint but i was looking for other opinions.

Rear axels may be your rear poping or diff mount bushings driveshaft carrier bushing. The braking poping and shake at freeway speed is likely your tension rod bushings. Most of this is pretty common in the forums. search through this forum and 240sx forum.You should be able to find your fix in here somewhere.
