1994 Sentra : (Knocking/rattling)

Hello, everyone

I hope to be in the right section.

The car is a Sentra 1996 GA16DE 210,000km with AC, power windows.

The car has a knocking in the engine compartment, it shows up when putting load on car like when starting to move after parking and when braking in second, yesterday I made a recording and at the end of the recording I turned off the digital voice recorder and turn to the left at the corner and the knocking/rattling sound was there again..., from last week and before the knocking had never showed when turning to the left until now...

I'm attaching the recording, so if anyone can give me a hand I'll be very glad.
