1994 Rear Passenger Door Issues

ive got a 94 q and my rear window doesnt function properly and my rear passenger door handle wont open the door from the outside. it opens from the inside just fine. the door lock is fine, just wont open from the outside.

window: when you roll the window down you can hear the motor and the regulator doing what its supposed to do and you have to go up to the window and wiggle it down and once it is a couple inches down it sits on the regulator and goes up a down fine for the most part. the you can roll it all the way back up and then it gets stuck again.

door handle: ive got the door panel off and i was looking inside the door frame and it looks like the clip is still in tact, but idk 100% what im looking at. i cant find any pictures of what exactly its supposed to look like in there.

I kinda have a similar issue actually. My rear left passenger windows rolls down only the door and its slow. Bearly moves. The lock on it will only lock from that door. The master lock won't lock it?!

Both my rear door windows roll down without keys in ignition.
