How much should I be paying to have this fixed?

Thanks.

If you can't find a good shop out there and don't mind coming to the South Bay area, there are a couple threads in Infiniti General about some really good shops this way.

By the time the valve cover gaskets are worn out and start leking usually time for the underplenum hoses and knock sensors to be replaced.

Always budget and try to group work so $500 + $500 + $700 in parts [ks, harness, hoses etc.]..........might as well change the plugs at the same time even if they only have 20-30k on them as incrementally small labor. The dealer labor maybe more than the 2 ---- $500 increments above.

A couple of grand every 4-6-7 years depending on annual miles.

Sometimes with good oil and change habits the valve covers don't leak much for 100-150k......roughly the 2nd or 3rd plug change interval on 94 and later.

I'm gonna change my passenger side only....how long will it take me at home---as a side note I once took the engine out of my Mr2 just for fun so I figure this should be nice and relaxing.
