Saw this on Ebay and noticed that it has no door moldings:

Not an improvement in my opinion.

The WalMart steering wheel cover screams "Fuuhhhgeddabouttit!" to me.

I like it. It give the car a more modern "Tall Door" look. It is one of those subtle mods that most people would never notice. Subtle mods are the best....... Scott

Not a fan, and given some of the other "wear" the car show, my guess is it was done as part of some accident related body work. Just my 2 cents.

I'm on the fence on this one. I actually think that the moulding looks better when it is painted the body color.

I wouldn't do that to my Q, but to each is own.

Whoever buys it might be a little upset in about 3 months when the bondo pops out.

Happy New Year Everyone!

I've always hated door mouldings. Thought about getting rid of it on the Maxima, but realized it'd look weird without them.

The Q needs them, too. The main reason is the chrome strip and line along the bumper. It looks off without the mouldings to continue that line.

I think the doors themselves look great like that. But you'd need to get rid of the chrome on the bumper and clean up the line that they follow so it doesn't look interrupted through the doors for the whole car to look right like that.

Interesting it is marketed as an active model, yet the picture of interior console area has the empty coin tray where the active control switch would be on a real active model Q.
