1994 Q45 Wont shift into Over Drive???

well i was getting on tha interstate one night doing a good 90 and suddenly it just starts reving up......need help on what this could be

Was engine still cold? transmission will not shift into 4th gear until somewhat warmed up,as designed.

Dear God, I hope it was warmed up. Doing 90 on a cold engine is probably one of the more terrible methods of abuse on a Q.
